Five Bridge Inn Wedding >
Shirley and Rob had one of the most detail-oriented weddings I’ve photographed, and it was amazing! From the hand-made customized books Shirley gave her bridesmaids to the cabinet filled with mason jars to the hand-printed signs, programs, and paper origami cranes that adorned trees and tables, it was hand-made heaven. Shirley even supplemented her highly detailed wedding gown with both traditional Cambodian and Chinese dresses during the course of the night.
She and Rob were married outside beside a vintage B&B. The rain held off just until the ceremony was about to begin, but it did so only slightly and the venue had enough umbrellas for everyone. They were then introduced into the reception where friends joyfully danced with and around them, which lead into heartfelt toasts complete with a singing bridesmaid. Throughout the night guests also enjoyed a lounge area outside the main tent with vintage furniture for them to relax on.
An afterparty was held beside the venue, during which the band Fairhaven performed while those who remained made s’mores in the fire pit. Candles in mason jars hung from the trees to add a bit more atmosphere as the night wound down.
