Alyshia + Jesse had an amazing early summer wedding at The Log Cabin in Holyoke. They met when Alyshia worked at a local bank, and Jesse’s friends talked her and her friends into going to dinner, and he was there to meet her. All very smooth.

Their wedding day began with Alyshia getting ready at the D Hotel and Jesse getting ready at their home. Both opened letters written by the other, with Alyshia receiving three separate letters meant to be opened at different points in the morning. They then had limousines transport themselves, their wedding party, and their photographers to the Log Cabin for the big day ahead.

Their ceremony was held outside the Log Cabin overlooking the valley. Their daughter Bella was not only their flowergirl, she also took part in the sand ceremony, adding her own colored sand to that which Alyshia + Jesse poured into their newly filled jar. She then tried as best she could to get her hands on the rings as Alyshia + Jesse were putting them on each other’s fingers.

We took care of family portraits during the cocktail hour, after which their families, wedding party, and finally the newly married couple themselves were introduced into the reception. Alyshia + Jesse had their first dance followed by toasts given by the best man and maid of honor. They cut the cake and then it was time for portraits as the sun was setting behind the venue.

Back inside their friends were dancing up a storm. Alyshia + Jesse joined them, later taking a break for some nighttime portraits outside in the cooler air. They finished up the night with one final dance with their family and friends around them.
