UMass Amherst Wedding > 
Sarah + Dan met when they were students at UMass Amherst and he was the RA in the dorm where they lived. They dated for a time and reconnected a few years later which led to Dan proposing at sunset on a beach in Florida.
We began their wedding day as they prepared for their first look in Webster Hall, the dorm in the Orchard Hill Residential Area on the UMass campus where they met. Having set up the plans for their first look in advance, there was a surprise sign hanging in the lounge on the floor where they had lived as students, as well as Webster Hall t-shirts waiting for them. We made a few portraits in the hallway outside the current RA’s room and then travelled back to the Campus Pond for family portraits.
It was pretty cold out so we spent as much time in the Campus Center and Student Union as we could before going outside into the chilly November air. Then it was back inside the warmth of the Campus Center Hotel for their ceremony.
Later during the reception Dan surprised Sarah with a giant cannoli filled with smaller cannoli for her birthday, which was the following day.
