Zorvino Vineyards Wedding > 
Samantha and Matt were married at Zorvino Vineyards in Sandown, NH on a chilly, windy day in January. We were able to get some outdoor portraits in despite the cold, but cooler heads prevailed and we spent the majority of the day indoors.
We arrived early on the wedding day to set up our lights in advance and get a sense of the venue. Since both the ceremony and reception were going to be held inside, we had to account for the light levels we’d be working with once the sun had set and there was no natural lighting coming in through the windows.
Once the off camera lighting was set up for later in the day it was time to photograph Samantha and her bridesmaids having their makeup and hair done. There was a lot of activity in the venue’s loft and we were able to make some “before getting dressed” photos of them during that time. Matt and his groomsmen arrived around then and stayed downstairs until everyone was ready for the first look.
After family portraits and a quick trip outside with the wedding party we came back in and made some portraits of the couple both individually and together, then it was time for the ceremony. Following the ceremony the wedding party and all the parents went to the loft for private cocktail time while their guests enjoyed food and drinks below. Samantha and Matt had some alone time and then joined everyone on the main level for the remainder of the cocktail hour.
Their first dance led into several songs where guests were invited onto the dance floor and people really let loose. Eventually everyone took their seats while the Maid of Honor and Best Man gave heartfelt and funny toasts. After dinner we went braved the windy cold for some nighttime portraits behind the venue. We went as quickly as we could and got everyone back inside before fingers and noses got too chilly.
Then it was time for the cake cutting and no small amount of dancing until we had to call it a night.
