Williams Inn Wedding…
Caity and Paul met as students at Williams College in Williamstown, MA. They came full circle and had their union in the same location.
Our day began with both Caity and Paul getting ready separately at The WIlliams Inn. Caity had a first look with her father once she was in her dress, and he then drove her to the church while the bridesmaids and I were driven in a vehicle behind them.
The church, which was both spacious and beautiful, was located just off the Williams College campus. Caity and her father waited outside while Paul and his best man took their places at the front. Once married they exited the church and were able to share a moment before their friends and family exited behind them.
We made our way to what I was told were called the Climb High, Climb Far Steps on the Williams College campus, where we photographed different family groups. From there we made our way to the nearby Clark Art Institute for portraits of just the two of them. We stayed as long as we could there while keeping to the timeline of the day, using different backgrounds outside the museum and making the most of our time.
Then it was back to the Williams Inn for their reception. The cocktail hour was happening while were were at The Clark, so we photographed guests enjoying themselves, as well as all the details Caity and Paul had on display.
After being introduced into the reception, Caity and Paul shared their first dance which was followed by funny and heartfelt toasts by their best man and maid of honor. After dinner they thanked everyone for sharing their day with them, then Caity danced with her father and Paul with his mother. The evening continued with a lot of dancing and an outdoor portrait of the two of them as the sun began to set.
