Lord Jeffery Inn Wedding >
Julia + Jeff were married on a fall October day, with their ceremony and reception at the Lord Jeffery Inn in Amherst.
They started their relationship off as roommates, and as Julia described it they “broke the golden rule of never date your roommate.” Things clearly worked out as three years later they had their wedding day.
Their day began getting ready in separate rooms at the inn, and before long they lined up for their ceremony in the inn’s tent. Their rings were first handed to their parents, and then passed from guest to guest in a ring warming ceremony before they made their way back up front to be put on. Following the ceremony we walked to the inn’s library for family formals and also took some portraits of Julia + Jeff in front of the venue.
After their introductions into the reception Julia + Jeff had their first dance to Van Morrison’s “Crazy Love”, which was followed by several heartfelt toasts. The dancing kicked off after dinner and their cake cutting, and there was even a grilled cheese station unveiled later in the night.
