Melanie + Scott met at a karaoke bar in Queens, NY and dated for two years before Scott proposed. Both studied music and were very much at home during the karaoke that began their reception and continued throughout the night.
Their ceremony earlier in the day at the Newman Center at UMass Amherst was followed by family photos under the Fine Arts Center due to the rain, which let up enough for us to make some additional portraits by the campus pond. We then walked the short distance to the Campus Center Hotel for their reception.
