Springfield Marriott Wedding… 
Rebecca + Anshu were already married according to their respective American and Hindu customs. They earlier had a ceremony in the United Stated for Rebecca’s family and another in Nepal for Anshu’s, so this night’s celebration was the final tradition in their multi-day and multi-country wedding.
We started with a first look at the Springfield Marriott and then segued into family portraits. We had an official list to work from but also accommodated a number of requests for portraits with the newly married couple. We stepped outside for a few portraits of just the two of them, but made it quick because Rebecca’s ornate dress was pretty heavy.
They were introduced into the reception and shared a first dance. This was followed by Anshu dancing with his mother and then Rebecca dancing with her father. After dinner they cut their cake and then some of the best reception dancing I think I’ve seen took place for hours. We were exhausted just photographing everyone having such a good time, and Rebecca + Anshu felt the some once everything wrapped up.
