Riverview Wedding> 
Dina and Mike had a beautiful wedding ceremony at the Saint George Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Springfield, MA, followed by a reception at The Riverview in Simsbury, CT.
They met in college, in the same English class, when Mike took the bold move of entering his number into Dina’s phone on the off chance she’d want to call him. She did, and four years later he proposed at the end of the causeway in Provincetown.
On the big day, Dina got ready at her mother’s house not far from the church, while Mike got ready in a hotel closer to the Riverview. The ceremony itself was Greek Orthodox and included those traditions such as an exchange of crowns and the bride and groom circling the center of the altar three times. At the ceremony’s conclusion the wedding party hopped onto a party bus for the ride back to the Riverview.
We made a series of family portraits behind the venue while the sun set, and then they re-entered the venue for their first dance. There were toasts, a cake cutting, and parent dances, and then it was time for dancing. It was an energetic crowd, and everyone looked like they were having a great time.
